Phone consultation very clear friendly and gave lots of info
Nursing staff during the procedure was excellent - lots of nice chat and distraction
Aftercare was excellent - lots of chat and clear advice
Overall made what could have been an embarrassing/personal situation extremely relaxed whilst maintaining a professional clinical approach
